Schedule Runs
Tuesday
Runs:
Location: Meet at the Water Tower,
South Surrey Athletic Park
Time:
Run
start time is 6:00 pm. Runs are 40 -60 mins.
We have
runners of all abilities including walkers, joggers, 10k, half
marathoners and full marathoners. Everyone is welcome.
You are sure to find a group of runners at your level to
run with. Come on out for some stress relief.
Tuesday
Track workouts:

South Surrey Track
Time:
6:00pm
Track workouts are designed
increase your speed , work your other 'Energy Systems' and improve
running technique.
Thursday
Runs:
Location:
Meet at the Water Tower

time is 6:00 pm. Runs are 40 -60 mins.
Come run on
Thursday evenings and then meet with your running friends at
Sawbucks Pub for a social evening....and a drink.
Saturday
Runs:
Location: Meet at the Water
Tower
Time: 8:00am
Regular club run for walkers, joggers,
runners.
7:30am
Training for half marathon, full marathon. 90 min
run.
7:00am
Long run for half/full marathon, triathlon,
ironman.
Runs are
followed by a group breakfast at a local restaurant. We
currently have a standing reservation at Ricky's Restaurant for
9:00 each morning. Come on out and enjoy some guilt-free waffles
and syrup, porridge,unlimited coffee and mindless
chatter..
